• Certifications comme CDMP ou DGSP sont un atout.

Principales responsabilités

• Advising and contributing to strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between supply chain needs and Master Data Management (MDM), focusing on data, processes, organization, and technology.
• Promoting best practices in MDM and ensuring master data adheres to quality and process standards including demand, approval, data collection, validation, maintenance, and system entries.
• Acting as the BDU data owner and escalation point for governance issues.
• Documenting MDM evolution and roadmap development within Galderma.
• Ensuring accuracy of master data and related documentation.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across functions such as finance, supply chain, quality, regulatory, sales, marketing, and legal.
• Working closely with IT and continuous improvement teams to leverage technology for efficiency and automation, ensuring reliable reference data across systems, and promoting master data strategy.

Supporting effective and quality master data processes and participating in data quality rules and KPI definitions.

Exigences de base

• BA/BS or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data management roles.
• Experience with master data quality projects, process design, and data rules implementation.
• Knowledge of INFOR CloudSuite and MDM requirements.
• Proven success in a global matrix organization and cross-level collaboration.
• Experience in data quality monitoring and rules.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Certifications like CDMP, DGSP, or project management are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics, and convert data issues into opportunities for excellence.
