This position is based in Montreal with a hybrid work mode.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, document processes, and plan initiatives related to change management.
• Support senior advisors and participate in stakeholder workshops.
• Assist in implementing initiatives and maintaining dashboards for project visibility.
• Develop and update policies and guidelines for change management within the business line.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and data processing experience.
• Autonomy, initiative, leadership, and influencing skills to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus.
