Specific Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to the Strategic Procurement team.
• Provide financial guidance and support to management.
• Responsible for financial planning for the Procurement team (budget, forecast, and long-range plan).
• Develop, maintain, and communicate variance analyses and financial dashboards with KPIs.
• Provide risk and operational analyses, collaborating proactively with management.
• Present financial performance and dashboards to management.
• Develop cost analyses by activities and collaborate on managing cost efficiency.
• Develop financial models to support management on an ad hoc basis.
• Work closely with accounting and operational teams to ensure expenses are correctly coded and aligned with plans.
• Support or lead special projects as needed.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce with specialization in finance or accounting; CPA designation required. An MBA with a finance background will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strategic, innovative, proactive thinker with a desire to work in a changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, organized, and autonomous.
• Ability to challenge the status quo with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral French and English.
• Expertise in business analysis and financial modeling.
