Position Title

Analyste financier - Contrôle des coûts et des opérations / Financial Analyst - Cost & Operation Controlling

Reporting To

Contrôleur financier, Opérations manufacturières / Controller, Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage month-end accounting, financial analysis, and reporting for production and operational cost centers.
2. Perform cost analysis, invoice coding, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Maintain IT systems (SAP and BI) for accounting and SOX compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with procurement and business units to ensure documentation and compliance with financial and contractual standards.
5. Support financial analysis, risk assessment, profitability, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance; CPA or master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in accounting procedures, financial forecasting, budgeting, and IT tools like SAP BI, Hyperion, COGNOS.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Sum If, Index, Match).
• Deep knowledge of SAP and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
