About the Opportunity?

• Support the annual budget process across corporate and business units
• Streamline forecasting, improve accuracy, and align teams for meaningful reviews with leadership
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Participate in decision-making with scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Prepare monthly financial reports for assigned units
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and provide financial insights
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
• Support active projects and provide analysis as needed
• Assist in testing and implementing EPIC-based reporting solutions
• Create and maintain a CPC forecasting tool
• Coordinate with the finance team for review and analysis
• Participate in cross-training to ensure coverage within the finance team
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

About You?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range?

CA$90,000 - CA$100,000 per year
