Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to translate business needs into data-driven BI solutions and to design intuitive dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.

You will support analytical requirements, recommend data visualization best practices, and drive actionable insights to inform decision-making in a collaborative, Agile environment in Quebec.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required)
• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience
• Excellent communication in French and English
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and storytelling data skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements with project sponsors and SMEs across functions.
• Translate requirements and large data volumes into actionable BI solutions.
• Work in an Agile framework, translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as trusted advisor to the business to improve analytics and decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards providing clear insights for operational and strategic decisions.
