Join to apply for the Analyst, Vendor Development role at Loblaw Advance.

This role is responsible for selling services offered by Loblaw Transportation, expanding current programs, and growing new opportunities. The position involves using analytical tools to ensure profitability targets are met and assisting in program setup coordination.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell Loblaw Transportation service offerings, developing new vendor relationships and extending existing ones.
  • Review order history, vendor freight rates, carrier capacity, and market rates.
  • Prepare vendor rate packages and review freight rates for accuracy.
  • Support new program setup, coordinate system components, and facilitate lane requirements.
  • Ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Review freight revenue reports and investigate issues using SAP and TMS.
  • Identify and analyze inbound vendor freight opportunities.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or retail.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and financial skills; transportation industry knowledge.
  • Experience selling truckload and less-than-truckload services with a proven sales record.
  • Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or business.
  • Professional attitude, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and energy.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and systems.
