Join a leading company as a Sales Support Associate for the Fixed Income Sales team. This full-time role focuses on providing operational support to facilitate customer business interactions and ensure excellent post-trade processing. You will be integral in collaboration with experienced staff, and your strong attention to detail will be vital in maintaining high standards of customer service.
What is the opportunity? Your primary focus will be on execution within defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and / or experiences, in partnership with more experienced staff.The overarching goal of this role is to provide operational support to the Fixed Income Sales team in order to facilitate every aspect of customer business. Sales Support is responsible for a variety of post trade functions. This role does not include execution of trades or trade communication with Clients, but as a Middle Office role, Sales Support is the liaison between the Front Office, Clients and Back Office. The role reports into Operations. What will you do? - Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts. Individuals would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific function. May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as "owner".- Proactively assist with the trade flow from post execution to settlement.
What you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (BBA / BComm / BMath / BSc)
2 years experiences in financial markets industry
