As an Analyst, Talent Business Partner, you will support the Talent team with executing talent processes and programs. Reporting to the Managing Director, Talent Business Partner, you will play a key role in helping leaders achieve their business goals through talent initiatives. This is a 14-month contract position.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Talent Business Partner team with talent process execution, focusing on alignment, simplification, and scalability
  • Support off-boarding activities, including administrative responsibilities
  • Generate reports using applicable systems (headcount, movement, open roles, development, etc.) and analyze data to inform talent decisions
  • Collaborate with peers across the Talent Department to ensure effective process execution
  • Integrate information from various sources to provide insights and recommendations on moderately complex issues
  • Monitor internal priorities and external regulations to identify risks and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR systems
