Job Description

As an Analyst, Talent Business Partner, you will support the Talent team with information and process execution on a wide range of talent transactions and programs. Reporting to the Managing Director, Talent Business Partner, this role will be a key contributor in helping leaders deliver against their business plans through talent. This is a 14-month contract opportunity.

Accountabilities

  • Assist the Talent Business Partner (TBP) team with the execution of talent processes, seeking alignment, simplification, and scalability.
  • Provide support for off-boarding activities including handling administrative responsibilities pertaining to departures.
  • Use applicable systems generate reports (headcount, movement, open role, development etc.) and aggregate data and resources to enhance talent decisions and processes.
  • Collaborate with peers across the Talent Department (including Centre of Expertise / CoE colleagues) to ensure the effective and efficient execution of talent processes.
  • Connect relevant information from various sources to make insightful recommendations to the team on moderately complex issues.
  • Maintain understanding of changing internal priorities, as well as external regulations, to identify potential areas of vulnerability or risk and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to Group and Department initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field
  • 2+ year of relevant experience
  • Foundational knowledge of core HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with familiarity in leading HR systems.
