Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking an analytical supply chain professional to lead vendor transition projects from direct store delivery to warehouse delivery. You will coordinate across categories, finance, data management, transport and distribution while producing timely reports and insights.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years in grocery retail, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the retail/wholesale grocery business.
• Must be detail oriented and must be able to handle multiple priorities in a faced-paced environment.
• Must be capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have strong computer skills, especially with Excel.
• Previous experience with SAP and MS Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work on DSD conversion projects facilitating vendor transition from direct store delivery to warehouse delivery.
• Manage key stakeholders across the business (Category, Finance, Data Management, Transport, Distribution) and external vendors to effectively plan, track, communicate and execute conversion projects in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report Supply Chain income on a period basis, identify new opportunities for future growth; conduct analytics using SAP and Excel to protect future incomes and ensure collection process is upheld.
• Manage vendor contract setup process, including tracking and internal sign-off of documents and storing documentation per retention agreements.
• Provide reporting on various metrics and answer business queries using Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis of Supply Chain related initiatives

What You'll Do:
