Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a skilled professional in Dorval, QC to join the supplier quality team, ensuring robust quality processes across manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes investigations, reporting, containment, and supplier coordination to uphold high standards.

Your experience in aircraft manufacturing, project and change management, and bilingual communication will help drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of quality management system.
• Change management skills.
• Experience in problem resolution techniques.
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French).
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up.
• Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
• Provide daily visibility on supplier issues to Manufacturing team.
• Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability.
• Provide fully detailed documentation / report on Supplier issues.
• Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term).
• Supplier visit Support in Manufacturing site.
