Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is building a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social casino company globally. We seek a seasoned Analyst in ecommerce financial disputes to protect customers and the business, by delivering professional, accurate, and realistic expectations on potential fraud and dispute matters within i-gaming.

The analyst will navigate multiple online portals, review transaction histories, verify customer documentation, and build cases to counter-disputes,

Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes or i-Gaming industries.
  • Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime.
  • Good investigation skills, sound judgement and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of gambling and sports betting and customer engagement with those products.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to communicate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of gaming industry rules and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and triaging complicated customer inquiries.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to mirror sporting schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain the transactions in question.
  • Review customers’ financial transaction history, including bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Validate and verify customer documentation when further verification is necessary.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of accounts to build a case to counter-dispute transactions.
  • Manage internal controls across multiple jurisdictions to ensure regulations are followed.

What’s the position?

We are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience inecommerce financial disputes to roll up their sleeves and join us as one ofour Analysts. This role will report into the Payments & Fraud team and beresponsible for protecting both the customer as well as the business byproviding professional, accurate and realistic expectations for all mattersrelated to the potential fraud and dispute side of the i-gaming space.

  • Analyst will need to navigate and manage multiple online financialportals to obtain the transactions in question.
  • Reviewing customers’ financial transaction history. Including but notlimited to, financial records, bank statements, and credit cardstatements.
  • Analyst will be responsible for validating and verifying customerdocumentation when further verification is necessary.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of account(s) in order to build a case tocounter-dispute transactions that patrons have reversed on ourplatform.
  • Manage multiple jurisdictions of internal controls to ensureregulations are followed accordingly

What are we looking for?

Successful candidates will be self-driven and a self-motivated team player capable of working efficiently in a high-volume real-time environment. The role is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passion for sports and gaming.

  • Previous work experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, ori-Gaming industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime is preferred.
  • Good investigation skills, sound judgement and the ability to review and interpret data and activity to make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of gambling and sports betting, and how customers engage with those products, is an advantage.
  • Analytical skill set, with the ability to communicate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and triaging complicated matters related to customer inquiries.
  • Candidates must be computer literate with experience in MS Office applications.
