Job summary

Family Innovation Corp. is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Vancouver or Toronto.

The role supports senior staff across operational, analytical and administrative functions with a strong emphasis on marketing and the firm’s public presence. You will assist with campaign planning, copy drafting, website maintenance and social channels, coordinating with agencies and printers, and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in marketing, communications, commerce or related field.
• Interest in or exposure to marketing is a plus.
• Strong writing and proofreading ability.
• Comfort with marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support staff and managers in daily operations with a marketing focus.
• Assist executive team in planning and executing operational initiatives.

Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on marketing and the firm's public presence.

Role Overview

Your role will include:

• Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on marketing
• Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives
• Supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns, materials and events
• Drafting and proofing marketing copy
• Maintaining the website and the firm's social channels
• Coordinating with agencies, designers and printers on deliverables
• Keeping the marketing calendar and asset library up to date
• Reporting on campaign performance and channel activity
• Identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices
• Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics

Required Skills or Experience

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, communications, commerce or a related field
