Based in Vancouver, BC, the Analyst, Investment Management & Leasing will play an important role in supporting the BC portfolio, comprised of a first‑in‑class portfolio of AAA / A office and industrial assets. The role offers exposure to both the day‑to‑day and strategic operations of the portfolio – analyzing asset and portfolio performance, helping drive leasing and capital decisions, and preparing reporting and presentation materials for key stakeholders. The analyst will also build a practical understanding of value creation strategies, in close collaboration with the Operational Excellence, Valuations, Development, Investments and Portfolio Management teams. Responsibilities primarily include, but are not limited to, the following.
The expected salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000
