The opportunity
This initiative combines Marketing Technology and Demand Generation to build tailored customer journeys using connected data, which improves brand awareness, traffic, leads, sales, and dedication. They are looking for an innovative Junior Analyst to join the team. This role involves producing insights from marketing data, leading quantitative and qualitative research on media performance, and providing actionable recommendations. You will work with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Power BI to deliver insights through reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing media performance data across various platforms and contribute insights to help optimize paid media campaigns in coordination with the media team.
  • Support in cleaning and organizing historical data to prepare it for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Help build and maintain data visualization reports that highlight key trends and campaign performance metrics for team review.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and contribute to the evaluation of marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and Martech teams to ensure paid media campaigns are properly tagged, following established taxonomy guidelines.

How will you create an impact?
This role acts as a bridge between marketing teams and data experts, helping everyone work together better. It involves understanding how customers interact with marketing efforts, from initial contact to long-term engagement, and using that information to improve customer experience and marketing results.

What motivates you?

  • Eagerness to understand customer needs and contribute to meaningful solutions that make a real impact.
  • Natural curiosity and excitement to learn, always seeking new ways to grow skills and support business goals.
  • Enjoyment in being part of a collaborative team, where learning from others and working together leads to better results.
  • Taking initiative in work, embracing challenges, and contributing with accountability and focus.
  • Valuing integrity and honesty, and being willing to ask questions or speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
  • Belief in fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and feel respected.

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar or equivalent field.
  • This is an entry-level role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Patience in working through a backlog of data and making it clean.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to clean and analyze messy data to find insights.
  • Some experience with digital media and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4, GMP, Meta, LinkedIn) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Datorama).
  • Experience with open-source programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of database management and SQL is preferred.
  • Understanding of nuances between different channels and media platforms to ask the right questions.
