Summary

Bell is seeking a candidate for the position of Analyst – Identity Access Management, reporting to the Senior Manager – Identity Access Management, within the Corporate Security's Information Security group. This role involves defining, establishing, maintaining, and managing identities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a security advisor in Identity and Access Management across the enterprise.
  • Participate in developing roadmaps and strategies for managing identities and access.
  • Review and automate IAM processes to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for multi-factor authentication modalities such as RSA Tokens, YubiKeys, and Digital Certificates.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to identity data and optimize roles and access.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management, including access certification campaigns, to meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Address and resolve IAM issues within the employee enterprise and external entities.
  • Participate in audit reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Develop KPIs and KRIs.
  • Collaborate with business units to implement solutions that mitigate identity risks and improve system security.
Critical Qualifications
  • University diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IAM lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Expertise in Digital Certificates, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management solutions.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Understanding of IAM requirements for Cloud systems, including identity federation.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with presentation capabilities.
  • Structured, organized, with analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  • Experience in business continuity, auditing, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Security Forum standards.

Note: All security personnel must sign a non-disclosure agreement. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
