Your contributions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and develop technological solutions, ensuring excellent system design.
  • Analyze system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide high-quality user support with prompt responses.
  • Conduct user training and maintain system documentation.
  • Troubleshoot HR system issues and identify root causes.
  • Participate in evaluating SuccessFactors upgrades and system changes.
  • Test system modifications and vendor upgrades.
  • Assess existing systems for improvements and implement necessary changes.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and support business process design.
  • Create requests for third-party system support and promote open communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential data discreetly, adhering to privacy best practices.
Skills, knowledge & experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR systems.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation and upgrades.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • Experience in technological training development and delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements and project deadlines.
  • Basic skills in developing presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of database design and integration with third-party systems.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy principles.
  • Interest in industry trends and emerging HRIS technologies.
