Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Analyst, Corporate Action Entitlement in Canada to join a fast-paced financial services operations team. You will help ensure entitlement processing, reconcile data, and deliver accurate reporting in a structured, risk-aware environment.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while supporting training and tools development. Remote work within Canada is available.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of financial operations, products, services, processes, systems and controls.
  • Understanding of industry risks, regulatory requirements and controls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Process service requests, transactions, inquiries, and day-to-day activities within service-level agreements.
  • Support securities and corporate action entitlement processes, including reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining information for accuracy.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, operational issues, and exceptions; escalate when needed.
  • Communicate with clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
  • Follow procedures, controls, regulatory requirements, and risk-management practices to protect financial operations integrity.
  • Support change initiatives, including design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of processes and systems.
  • Contribute to development of tools, training materials, and process improvements for efficiency and quality.
  • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and guide on complex tasks and next steps.
  • Support broader operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for anAnalyst, Corporate Action Entitlementbased inCanada.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced financial services operations environment supporting global securities and investment activities.
You’ll help ensure corporate action entitlements and related transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels.
The role combines operational execution, reconciliation, analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.
You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong service quality.
Your attention to detail and understanding of operational risk will directly contribute to the integrity of financial processes.
You’ll also contribute to process improvements, system changes, reporting, tools, and training initiatives.

Accountabilities

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally combined with post-secondary education in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of relevant financial operations, products, services, processes, systems, and controls.
  • Good understanding of industry risks, regulatory requirements, and the importance of operational controls and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including practical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate discrepancies, assess information, and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment and attention to detail, particularly when handling complex or sensitive operational information.
  • Ability to work within established policies, procedures, service standards, and risk-management frameworks while taking measured, informed decisions.
