What will your typical day look like?
  • Finance: You will apply financial analysis and modeling skills to support strategic planning, assess business cases, and deliver actionable insights for client challenges.

You will participate in the end-to-end client service lifecycle, from research and analysis to project delivery and reporting, while building relationships with colleagues and clients. Your days will be dynamic, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

About the team

The M&A & Transactions practice delivers innovative end-to-end services to help our clients achieve their growth and succession aspirations at key moments that matter. The team provides high-impact, value-added services through a multi-faceted delivery model and by embedding analytics in everything they do.

Business lines include: Corporate Finance, Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting, Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration, Valuation & Modeling, and Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma by December 2025, with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as financial analysis or modeling, market research and analysis, project problem diagnosis & solution development.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal), including experience in conducting research, synthesizing data, writing reports, and preparing presentations.
  • Possess excellent problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
  • Are graduating from January 2025 - December 2025, to be eligible for this role.

For the Finance Archetype:

  • Have a solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and reporting
  • Have experience supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and financial assessments
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with large data sets
  • Can communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working towards completing an undergraduate degree and pre-requisites to enter the CPA Professional Education Program. You will be pursuing the CPA designation.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $51,000.00 – $77,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
