What will your typical day look like?

As an Analyst or Consultant, you will work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to support clients with:

• Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and clinical quality
• Supporting implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, such as Epic or Cerner
• Contributing to clinical service and diagnostic planning initiatives aligned to health authority and provincial strategies
• Conducting research, synthesizing findings, and developing client-facing deliverables
• Engaging with stakeholders across clinical (e.g., physicians, pharmacy, nursing), administrative, and executive levels
• Helping health systems translate strategy into action through implementation planning, operational redesign, and stakeholder engagement
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field
• A master’s degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH) is considered a value-add when it brings added depth of specialization

Experience and Knowledge (Considered Value-Adds):

• Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems and governance structures, including provincial ministries
• Exposure to clinical information systems (Epic, Cerner), especially where it supports understanding of clinical workflows, implementation, or optimization
• Experience or exposure to hospital operations, particularly in diagnostics, pharmacy, professional practice, or clinical leadership settings
• Insight into health service planning, financial modeling, or operational analysis in healthcare contexts

• Demonstrated learning mindset with a willingness to seek feedback and continuously grow
• Initiative and ownership in advancing deliverables and contributing to team success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to structure and present complex information clearly

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people.
