A career as an Analyst, Cash Management, in the Corporate and Investment Banking team at National Bank means being responsible for providing support in Corporate Cash Management. In this role, you can use your product experience and relationship skills supporting Cash Management Directors, helping the team achieve its financial objectives while striving to maintain controls and administrative excellence to have a positive impact on the organization.
**This position may be based in our Calgary or Toronto offices, depending on the choice of the candidate**
Your Job
- Help Directors achieve business goals by providing accurate and timely support for Treasury processes, resulting in strong value propositions for clients and increased revenue streams for National Bank Financial Markets.
- Execute on the business priorities of increasing client satisfaction and creating a smooth onboarding process.
- Work with Directors to prioritize activities that will drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and attend to major risks inherent with Cash Management and Investment products, attending to advise and resolve them with internal National Bank partners.
- Interact directly with customers to attend to problem solving.
- Provide administrative support by
- Creating and maintaining of pricing agreements as negotiated by Directors.
- Completing annual Compliance & KYC Audits, acting as Subject Matter Expert in support of other internal partners.
- Booking and following GICs using the R-Broker system or problem solving if there are system issues/limitations.
- Act as Lead supporting MasterCard related activities including – new enrollments, limit changes, new cards, etc.
Your Team You will be part of a growing team of 10 colleagues in the Corporate & Investment Banking group within the Financial Markets sector, and you will report to Cash Management Director.

Basic Requirements
- Post-secondary education + minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Canadian banking and Cash Management products
- Expert in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English - an asset
- Creative problem-solver
- Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
