Responsibilities

• Support systems analysis, including defining scope, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing specifications.
• Perform business analysis such as workflow analysis, requirements development, and process improvement.
• Assist in strategic planning and change management for information systems projects.
• Provide support during all phases of system development and implementation, potentially leading small projects.
• Ensure application support and service level agreements are maintained.
• Participate in committees, task groups, and corporate projects.
• Stay updated on infrastructure and technology advancements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science with 2-4 years' experience in analysis or an equivalent combination.

Competencies

Technical Capabilities

• Knowledge of information management, processes, technologies, and applications.
