Aecon is seeking an Analyst, Business in Toronto to support the AeconONE team within Utilities. You will map processes, automate workflows, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric, focusing on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
You will collaborate with project teams to translate operational needs into automation-ready solutions, troubleshoot workflows, and contribute to data-driven insights in a Lean, fast-paced infrastructure environment.

The AeconONE team is a centralized support group within Aecon’s Utilities sector, focused on streamlining processes, standardizing practices, and enhancing operational efficiency across projects. The team plays a key role in enabling consistent project delivery by supporting core functions such as systems, reporting, and process improvement. Working closely with project teams, operations, and functional groups, AeconONE helps drive alignment, improve data visibility, and implement best practices across the business.
Based out of Aecon’s head office in Etobicoke, reporting to the Team Lead, Continuous Improvement, this role is focused on process mapping, workflow automation, data integration, and platform sustainment. The position supports the design, development, maintenance, and health of digital solutions.
The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
