Job summary

Quantum Management Services Ltd. in Downtown Toronto is seeking an Analyst to join the Asset Management team. You will contribute to evaluating asset performance, support financial analysis, and work within a collaborative, fast-paced real estate environment.

The role requires ARGUS experience, strong Excel and modelling skills, and a solid CRE background. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary with bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and vacation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of progressive experience within commercial real estate, ideally in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, or financial analysis.
• Degree from a well-regarded university in Commerce, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on ARGUS experience is required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including leasing, valuations, cash flow analysis, financing, and asset performance.
• The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
