Collabera seeks an IT Service Management Consultant to support complex IT issues in a dynamic environment. This contract position offers an hourly pay based on skills and experience, with an average range of CA$60 to CA$68.

Base pay range

CA$60.00 / hr - CA$68.00 / hr

• Support resolution of complex IT issues to minimize business impact in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Partner with business units, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues
• Example : app goes down - setting up calls with teams to understand the problem and the necessary steps to get it back up and running
• Analyze IT operations metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Champion ITSM process adoption and user enablement
• Help develop and optimize ServiceNow workspaces for functionality and reporting
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing

Must Have :

• 5-7 years of experience in ITSM or related IT operations roles
• Experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
• Ability to lead major incident response and root cause analysis
• Experience in executing change management procedures and risk evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Pay range : CA$65-$68 / hr without benefits
