We are seeking talented and enthusiastic circuit designers to join our R&D team, where you will be at the forefront of integrated circuit technology and design flow optimization. This position offers an incredible opportunity to define the design workflow and best practices across our DDR / HBM memory PHY organization. If you have a creative mindset and enjoy working with circuit teams across the globe, we want you on board!
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design. With a PhD or MSc and over 5 years of experience, you have hands-on expertise in designing analog or high-speed circuits such as receiver equalizers, VCOs, transmitters, and voltage regulators. Your deep understanding of transistor reliability, layout techniques, and timing analysis sets you apart. Proficient in Python, Perl, or other scripting languages, you excel in developing and optimizing design flows. Your exceptional communication and time management skills enable you to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with circuit teams worldwide.
