Job summary

Cineplex Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking an Amusement Host for part-time shifts to help deliver an engaging guest experience at our entertainment venue.

As an Amusement Host you will operate major attractions, upsell games, answer guest inquiries, and maintain clean and functional stations. A provincially required alcohol server certificate is preferred, with a friendly, energetic approach to gaming and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to upsell and engage guests confidently.

Responsibilities

• Upsell games by demonstrating game operations and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and full operation of games and stations; assist with restocking.
• Act as a resource for guest inquiries and price knowledge for events and promotions.
• Provide friendly guest service and ensure safe, responsible operation at licensed venues.

The Amusement Host operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
