About the Role:

As a Regional Payroll Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute all activities necessary to process bi-weekly payroll for the U.S. and Canada.
  • Administer payroll using the automated ADP system for both countries.
  • Coordinate with global mobility providers on shadow payroll, imputed income, and tax payments.
  • File and configure payroll taxes for relevant jurisdictions.
  • Enhance payroll reporting and automation within the region.
  • Manage time and attendance processes for the U.S. and Canada.

Tax and Other Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for global mobility services and external vendors.
  • Maintain operational controls in line with governance frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Profile required

  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various business areas.

Language:

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is required.
