About the Role:

As a Regional Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for the U.S. and Canada using ADP payroll systems.
  • Coordinating with global mobility providers on shadow payroll, imputed income, and tax equalization.
  • Filing and configuring payroll taxes for the relevant jurisdictions.
  • Enhancing payroll reporting and automation within the region.
  • Managing time and attendance processes.

Tax and Other Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the point of contact for global mobility services and external vendors.
  • Maintaining operational controls in line with governance frameworks.
  • Supporting audits and participating in special projects as needed.

Profile required

  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
