CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a CRN to coordinate patient care across Winnipeg Ambulatory Oncology sites. You will provide hands-on nursing care, lead unit operations, and mentor staff to promote safety and evidence-based practice.

The role requires CRNM registration, CPR, and the ability to work days, with travel between sites as needed. Oncology experience and chemotherapy administration are preferred; French language ability is a plus.

Formación

• Current CRNM registration is required.
• CPR certification as per CCMB policy.
• Strong patient-centered care
• Proficient with MS Word/Outlook and internet use
• Ability to lift and transport patients/equipment
• Ability to travel between Winnipeg Ambulatory Oncology sites
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care in clinics and systemic therapy services.
• Provide direct nursing care and lead day-to-day operations of Winnipeg Ambulatory Oncology sites.
• Mentor unit staff to promote evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Support other units as operationally needed; handle cytotoxic and hazardous medications with PPE training.
