Job summary

Zazu Digital Talent is partnering with a profitable US beauty brand to hire an Amazon Growth Manager. This remote, full-time role reports to the Marketplaces Director and focuses on launches, organic rankings and optimization across Amazon US listings.

You’ll own product launches, keyword strategy, listing optimization and conversion improvements, with weekly impact reporting and close collaboration with PPC, CRO and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Three years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including US marketplace.
• Able to launch, rank and optimize listings with clear results.
• Proficient in Amazon reporting and data analysis tools such as Helium 10 or DataDive.

Responsibilities

• Own launches from planning to listing creation and keyword strategy to build organic rank.
• Improve organic rankings across listings and relaunch underperforming ASINs.
• Drive conversion and sales growth through copy, images, A+ content, pricing and offers.
• Analyze Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics to prioritize actions.
• Coordinate with PPC, CRO and operations to execute plans and report weekly impact.
