Job summary

Key duties include program coordination, data management in the LINKS system, producing briefing notes, and providing meeting and event support. Flexibility for after-hours events is required.

Responsibilities

• Program coordination: coordinate and implement alumni UBC programs, monitor timelines and budgets
• Database mining: maintain LINKS system, track alumni and volunteers in the database
• Alumni engagement support: prepare briefing notes, develop presentations, provide event support
• Other duties: accommodate flexible hours, attend events as needed
