Job summary

SAIT in Calgary invites applications for the Alumni Engagement Officer to design and deliver innovative programming that celebrates our alumni, supports students, and strengthens relationships across campus and beyond.

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Engagement, you will lead projects from signature events to storytelling and partnerships, collaborating with Advancement, Communications, Marketing, SAIT schools, and external partners to create memorable alumni experiences.

The Opportunity

Job classification: A5068 - Information Officer II

Salary range:$71,718.40 - $85,425.60. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Paid leave:3 weeks vacation per year

You’re equal parts relationship builder, project manager, and event strategist. You’ll work closely with teams across Advancement, Communications, Marketing, SAIT’s schools anddepartments, and external partners to elevate alumni engagement and showcase the incredible impact of our graduates.
