The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across all stages of construction. You will be working on active renovation sites where precision, efficiency, and problem-solving are key.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an all-round carpenter (minimum 3+ years preferred).
• Strong skills in both rough carpentry (formwork/framing) and finishing carpentry.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, formwork, and finishing work
• Complete renovation work such as drywall, trim, doors, and general upgrades
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install materials with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to complete projects efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing site conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an all-round carpenter (minimum 3+ years preferred)

• Ability to read and follow construction drawings
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation
• CSTS 2020 & WHMIS 2015 (preferred)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential or commercial renovation projects
• Knowledge of multiple trades (drywall, minor electrical/plumbing, etc.)
• Fall Protection certification
