Cardinal Health Canada, a leading healthcare distributor, seeks a Territory Manager, Long-term Care to cover Alberta. This field-based role focuses on expanding non-acute care accounts and delivering integrated solutions.

You will build relationships, drive budgeted sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs while upholding ethical standards. Extensive travel within Alberta is expected, with overnight stays ~25%.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience selling healthcare products in the Non-Acute sector focused on Long-term Care or home health settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Alberta, including overnight stays ~25%.

Responsabilités

• Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel across assigned customer accounts.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets, forecasts, and the implementation of national strategies to achieve corporate business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver strategic customer quotes and sales proposals clearly and concisely.
• Represent Cardinal Health Canada with the highest ethical standards and transparent documentation of sales transactions.
• Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and act as a primary value resource for customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging existing customers and prospecting new accounts.
