On the Go is hiring a Server at YYZ airport to deliver warm, memorable hospitality and guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm. You will work in a high-volume environment, handling orders and payments while upholding OTG’s service standards.

Requirements include 1-2 years of serving experience, fluent English, and certification timelines for TIPS (90 days) and Serve Safe (30 days)."

Formación

• 1-2 years of serving experience.
• Fluent English, conversational.
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment.
• Serve Safe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active on shift.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction—following OTG steps of service.
• Guide guests through menu with enthusiasm and accommodate dietary needs or allergies.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain a smooth dining floor with the team.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and service stations; uphold safety standards.
• Notify the Manager on Duty of guest feedback or concerns and report inventory issues.
