Job summary

Inland Group of Companies invites applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician role in Ottawa. You will maintain and troubleshoot ground service equipment, follow CMMS workflows, and help ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across our aviation support fleet.

We value punctuality, teamwork, and strong mechanical skills. The position requires reading maintenance manuals, using diverse tools, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Own basic tools including sockets/wrenches up to 1 inch and up to ½ inch drive.
• Experience with maintenance manuals and schematics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform maintenance to ensure equipment dependability.
• Read manuals, catalogs, schematics and drawings to complete work.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic problems within expected timeframes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.
• Order parts and manage inventory to sustain operations.
• Promote safety and cooperate with management on policies.
