Socket.dev seeks an Airline Support Specialist to be on-site with our airline partner, handling hotel and ground transport, building strong client relationships and delivering professional service.
You will manage requests via API Operations, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and negotiate with vendors while adapting to irregular schedules and on‑call needs. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.
The Airline Support Specialist supports our airline partner onsite at their office location. In this role, the Airline Support Specialist processes hotel and ground transportation reservations, cultivates successful relationships with our airline partner, and maintains a strong focus on providing professional, courteous and friendly service to our valued customers.
This is a full-time position. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for morning, evening, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

The good faith compensation rate for this position is $25.00 CAD per hour.
