Job summary

Perimeter Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor based in Winnipeg. You will provide day-to-day supervisory support for inbound call centre representatives and check-in staff, ensuring prompt, high-quality customer service and adherence to policies.

You will also help develop sales/service standards, coach staff, and assist in performance planning and reporting while maintaining safety and community-focused service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in aviation or related program is an asset.
• Experience with airline reservation software (Amelia) is an asset.
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers/passengers at check-in counter or via telephone following policies and procedures.
• Provide telephone-based customer service for call centre and maintain sales/service standards.
• Coach, develop and train inbound call centre and check-in service representatives.
• Prepare performance plans and conduct reviews for staff.
• Monitor and evaluate calls and counter service to ensure quality customer service.
• Support department with staffing, holidays, breaks and training.
• Identify efficiency opportunities to improve customer service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Perimeter Aviation policies and risk management.
