About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Mirabel, QC. In this role, you’ll inspect, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair aircraft structures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety procedures. You’ll document any deviations, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Location: Mirabel, QC

Type: Full-time

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Evening Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM or 5 PM – 1 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled structural maintenance tasks
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal components
• Document deviations and raise non-conformance reports in line with procedures
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies
• Support aircraft modifications and structural upgrades
• Record all maintenance actions in accordance with company and customer policies
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage timelines and task distribution
• Initiate purchase requisitions as needed

Qualifications

• Diploma in aircraft maintenance technology, avionics maintenance or aircraft structure recognized by Transport Canada, or other accredited course.
• Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is important for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation.
