Responsibilities

1. Know and apply the rules, procedures, and processes for these operations, and know where to find them.
2. Check work conformity against standards defined in technical documentation.
3. Follow health and safety rules, use personal protective equipment, and environmental protection facilities.
4. Execute work lines, complete tasks, or assemble/disassemble aircraft equipment/systems and their connectors.
5. Carry out tasks according to internal or customer documentation.
6. Conduct component inventory before proceeding.
7. Obtain information on products (technical instructions, safety).
8. Use available tools.
9. Assemble metal and/or composite parts.
10. Use customer technical data (production, quality, instruction sheets, environment, installation instructions, maps).
11. Ensure technical development of the assembled unit after inspection.
12. Apply sealant, metallization, anticorrosive, touch-up paint as needed.
13. Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies.
14. Write non-conformity reports and report irregularities.
15. Report work performed and measure process performance.
16. Define and implement corrective and preventive actions.
17. Read drawings to validate assemblies.
18. Check bores and fastener installation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in aeronautics/structural assembly/aircraft construction or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills.
• Good knowledge of aeronautical technical specifications and standards (BAPS, AIPI, etc.).
• Quick thinker with keen attention to detail.
• Team player and proactive.

Required Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
