Job summary

AAA Canada Inc. in Mirabel is seeking an Aircraft Structural Assembler to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will perform structural installation, assembly and subassembly of aircraft systems and components, using blueprints, jigs and engineering drawings.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in aerospace assembly, a DEP in Aircraft Structural Assembly and bilingual French/English. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read technical docs, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Structural Assembler in aerospace.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the structural installation, assembly, and subassembly of aircraft systems, parts, and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Set up and operate machines and manual or automated tools according to task requirements.
• Assemble metal and/or composite parts per technical specifications.
• Inspect and verify installed units for compliance with technical documentation.
• Meet quality standards and production targets.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
