Job summary

Skyservice is seeking a Structure or Sheet Metal Technician to join our maintenance team. You will repair, modify and fabricate sheet metal on aircraft structures under the supervision of the team lead.

Candidates should have five years of experience, aviation exposure is valued, and a safety-first mindset with attention to detail. This role offers day shifts, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sheet metal experience.
• Aircraft experience is an asset.
• AVOP/D or D license an asset.
• M license an asset.
• Transport Canada S license an asset.
• Welding and brazing equipment knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifts.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and rebuild aircraft structures (wings, fuselage) using tools and equipment.
• Conduct structural repairs and modifications and solve problems.
• Read maintenance manuals, service bulletins and technical data.
• Perform damage assessments for engineering.
• Coordinate with team lead to meet schedule.
• Ensure work complies with Skyservice quality standards and regulations.
• Order parts and supplies.
• Apply knowledge of airframe components.
