JMC Aviation in Kelowna, BC is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join our busy maintenance operation. You will perform maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications on a range of commercial and specialist aircraft, with safety and quality at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience and hands-on work on B737NG, B737 MAX or Lockheed L-382 Hercules, plus strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills in a regulated aviation environment.

JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join an established aviation operation in Kelowna, British Columbia.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic to join a busy maintenance environment, working on a range of commercial and specialist aircraft. We are looking for candidates with a strong hands‑on maintenance background and, importantly, experience working on B737NG, B737 MAX or Lockheed L-382 Hercules aircraft.

The Role

As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications to aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will work as part of an experienced maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
