Job summary

JMC Aviation is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our Kelowna operation, BC. You will perform maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications on a busy fleet, following approved procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will be part of a skilled team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, with accurate documentation of all tasks. Our environment emphasizes detail, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience on B737NG, B737 MAX or Lockheed L-382 Hercules.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a regulated aviation maintenance environment.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and aircraft system defects.
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
• Carry out inspections and ensure aircraft are maintained to the required standard.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records.
• Work safely and effectively as part of a wider maintenance team.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
