Job description

Join a dynamic flight school as a contractor to assist with aircraft maintenance during the busy summer months when students are actively flying.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft including Cessna, Piper Arrow, Diamond DA-40, and Piper Seminole.
• Conduct both heavy and line maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft systems.
• Possess an AME M1 license.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed AME.
• Maintain a strong understanding of fixed-wing piston aircraft.
• Have hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance and repair, especially with Cessna and Piper models.

Work within a hangar located near Waterloo Airport. The position requires a schedule of Monday through Saturday, with 10-hour workdays from 7am to 8pm.
