Job description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to ensure component repairs and maintenance comply with industry standards and regulations. The role involves creating schedules, work orders, directing work, problem-solving, assisting with heavy checks, and conducting inspections to troubleshoot aircraft systems. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, work with the team to complete tasks efficiently, and support mobile repair operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure component repairs and maintenance comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Create scheduling and work orders.
• Direct work and problem-solving efforts.
• Assist with heavy checks and conduct inspections.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Work with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Support mobile repair operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and component repair.
