Job description

Soul Helicopters is a Transport Canada certified Aircraft Maintenance Organization located at the Springbank Airport (CYBW) just west of Calgary, Alberta. We complete an extensive array of maintenance on light & intermediate helicopters, focusing primarily on the AS350/H125.

Soul Helicopters is looking for a full time, AME (M) at our Springbank Airport (CYBW) facility. Maintenance work is done primarily from our facility at CYBW, with occasional short-term travel (2-3 days) for field repairs or inspections.

As an AME, you will be responsible for all maintenance tasks; from minor repairs and scheduled inspections, to heavy rebuilds and modifications. Soul Helicopters specializes in heavy maintenance, giving you the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Transport Canada Approved Aircraft Maintenance Program
  • Current AME License
  • Valid Canadian Drivers License
  • Ability to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Work Visa)
  • Work experience on AS350/H125 preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Physically fit and able to carry out physical maintenance tasks
