Tappwfs in Abbotsford, BC is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer — Mechanics (AME-M) to join a unionized, high-volume fixed-wing military maintenance team. You’ll perform heavy checks, work with apprentices and supervisors, and move along a clear career path within a large, stable operation.

Qualified candidates hold TC-approved AME certification (M2) or E for Avionics, 48+ months of AME experience, fluent English, and either Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering approved by Transport Canada
• Minimum 48 months of AME experience
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, and inspection work per TC regulations and quality procedures
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Work within certification scope and mentor junior technicians
• Coach apprentices as you grow into senior crew roles
• Contribute to a safe, high-standard production floor
